Cockroach?
As this still shows, Niko cousin, Roman has stepped on what seems to be a spider or a cockroach. Its hard to tell but it adds to the realism.

Pool Minigames Back?
For those of us who played GTA San Andreas you may remember playing pool for money in minigames. Is it back in GTA IV?

License Plates?
Is this what we can expect to see on the bottom of our cars in GTA IV?

Blood Spray
As you can see in this picture, when Niko hits this man in the face blood sprays out. In a picture examined later on you can see blood on Niko's shirt.

AK-47 Dropping
This AK-47 seems to belong to the man falling. This could be a great new feature, so that when someone gets killed before they fall off a building they drop their weapon and it falls down.

Blood Stains
This is a feature I have been suggesting since the beginning. I am glad it is here. It looks like it is from someone else, not Niko, maybe one of those people he punched/kicked in the face?

Meaningful Tattoos
On this man are two tattoos that we can make a meaning of. The first is the Chinese character 我, which means "I", or "self". On his lower abs, you can just read it and it says, "Mommy".

Pilots in Police Choppers
I don't know if you noticed, but in past GTA games, in police choppers pilots could not be seen in the helicopter. Now after Rockstar's new realism era they have added this small feature.

More Bullet Holes
Take a look at these nice bullet holes. Well detailed on the window. A major difference in realism from past GTA games, where when you would shoot a car it would either smoke, then explode or spark when hit by bullets.

More Evidence of Cluckin Bell
Another sign that we will see a return of the famous food store, Cluckin Bell. "Cock-a-doodle-doo" is its slogan.
