Characters Information:

Niko Bellic Voiced by Michael Hollick An Eastern European immigrant. He is tricked into going to Liberty City by his cousin Roman Bellic, who says he is rich.

	Roman Bellic Voiced by Jason Zumwalt Roman is Niko's cousin. He has been living in Liberty City. He is chasing the American dream - fast cars, women, hot tubs, luxury condos. Instead of this luxury, he operates a cab stand in Broker. Roman dreams big.

Little Jacob Voiced by Coolie Ranx Is good friends with Roman. He is a Caribbean arms dealer who sells Niko weapons out of his trunk. He is the guy to go to if you are in need of some weapons.

	Elizabeth Voiced by Charlie Parker Elizabeth has been an established drug dealer in Bohan for 10 years. Part of her success was because she paid off or killed people who could damage her prosperity. She is a drug taker, and this has forced her dangerously paranoid and delusional.

Dimitri Rascalov Voiced by Moti Margolin A hardcore Eastern European. He is like a brother to Faustin after serving in both the army and prison together.

	Vlad Glebov Voiced by Misha Kuznetsov Vlad is a self centered low level Russian hood who is trying to gain favor with powerful criminals.

Brucie Voiced by Timothy Adams Is seriously into fitness, is a car nut and a self appointed VIP. He is a delusional loud, loud man who takes hip hop a bit too far. He is not afraid to tell you how much money he has, and then tell you again. He rolls with fine woman, cars and anabolic steroids.

	Phil Bell Voiced by Frank Bonsangue He is introduced to Niko through another character called Ray. He is believed to be a member of the Liberty City Mafia.

Francis McReary Voiced by Thomas Lyons He is a corrupt cop who has dirt on Niko's past. In a mission, McReary meets up with Niko in an area called Castle Gardens which is a coast-side hangout overlooking The Statue of Happiness.

	Patrick McReary Voiced by Ryan Johnston Also known as "Packie" by his friends, this Irish hoodlum is good friends with Elizabeth. He is related to Francis McReary.

Playboy X Voiced by Postell Pringle Is a hustler who owns a big mansion in Algonquin, where most of his business is conducted. Niko does several jobs for him. He used to do business with a friend called Dwayne Forge, who was recently released from prison, but Playboy X has moved on without him.

	Dwayne Forge Voiced by Devin Richards An old friend of Playboy X. They used to do business together before he was thrown into prison. He is worried that Playboy X has moved on without him.

Mikhail Faustin Voiced by Karel Roden A hardcore Eastern European. Probably one of the most hardcore you will meet in Liberty City.

	Ray Boccino Voiced by Joe Barbara An Italian mobster working for Jimmy Pegorino who is trying to help Niko find someone. Boccino does business with the McReary family.
